Shefford Firework Appeal

As November draws nearer Shefford Fireworks Appeal will be staging their Annual Bonfire and Fireworks Display. This year to be held on Saturday, 4th November. This event is now famous for its spectacular possible without the support of our sponsors and you, and above all safe displays. However, this would not be the general public, so please come along and show your support. Tickets are available now from the White Hart Hotel priced at £3 for adults, £2 for children and under 5's free. Don't forget also that there are free, supervised sparklers for the children. Shefford Parent & Toddlers Group are holding their Annual Christmas Gift Fayre on Sunday 3rd December, 11am until 5pm at the Methodist Church Hall, Shefford. We have plenty of stalls to browse around while the children can meet and have their pictures taken with Santa, also the old favourites the Tombola, Lucky Dip and Face Painting, (if anyone is interested in booking a stall there are a few places still available, please telephone Tracey as soon as possible). We are holding a Christmas Draw with tickets on sale at only 25p each. The 1st prize is a Luxury Christmas Hamper, 2nd prize a Fresh Turkey Voucher, 3rd prize a Bottle of Whisky. Tickets will be on sale on the day and also on Saturdays 28th October, 11th & 25th November and 2nd December 11am to 1pm inside Somerfields Store. We will be doing the draw for the Christmas Raffle at 4.30pm.
